Founded and solely owned by Milena Roncevic Pejovic, PejovicLegal possess competence, experience, knowledge and expertise in Montenegrin market providing tailor-made legal solutions in different matters ranging from mergers & acquisitions, real estate, employment, corporate or commercial, to day-to-day legal support to clients’ business.
Milena graduated from Montenegro State University of Law in 2004 and started her career at one of the leading local law offices in Montenegro. She has been registered at the Montenegrin Bar Association and kept working in the same office until 2011, after which she continued her career in a regional law firm until 2022. Milena has provided legal services to a broad range of international and domestic corporate clients of different profile in many areas of law, but primarily in corporate and commercial legal matters and also in banking and finance, employment as well as real estate projects, with particular focus on hospitality.
